Will home across school (elementary) have lot of noises and traffic outside of the morning drop off and pick up?

Will it difficult to rent out or resale later on? This is a CCISD, which is considered a good school district.

i'm not sure but I know a lot of people who say to never buy buy a school but I have known others who have and are fine. Personally, I wouldn't mind being by an elementary school - you will have traffic during drop off and pick-up times or special events. I wouldn't want to be by a middle or high school.

If you leave for work in the morning around 8, it will be a pain. If you work from home, noise from recess and PE might be an issue.
On the flip side, you won't have to worry about living next to a registered sex offender.
