That's true about blue skies and sunshine while it is raining. That was the weirdest thing to get used to seeing.

Absolutely! I've seen it happen a few times and it's happened to me once on 290 feeder. I told a friend from out of state about it and she said, "What do you mean they drove away?" If I hadn't had a 100% accurate car make, model, color, license plate, driver description, I never would have gotten my repairs paid for. Even still, the driver was not cited and their insurance company guy told me he was unable to contact her.
