He never said he needed cheap, he said he needed good. I wouldn't let a newbie screw titanium plates into my jaw, but maybe the OP will consider it.

This is one those things you don't want to go cheap on. Dental reconstruction is major work and depending on what you need an orthodontist might have to get involved as well. This is not cheap and can easily go well over 10K as they find more and more stuff. That's why it's important to brush your teeth and FLOSS everyday boys and girls. Healthy mouth = healthy you, gum disease and such is linked to other more serious blood stream infections that can lead to heart disease.
