Plus the humidity, it will feel cooler. It's actually nice here during that time.

I looked up our weather station's stats for last November.

Highs range from about 50-85.
Lows range from 35-70.

Average seems to be about 73/53. Great time of the year-- those cold fronts start giving us wild swings by around the 20th of the month.

One word:

Unpredictable!!!

We can have summer balmy heat or rainy cold weather that will make you want to curl up with a bowl of soup and a good book. And it can change overnight, or over lunch.

AS stated before, that's the time of the year when fronts can move right through here and the weather can be beautiful or crummy. It's a roll of the dice. But the highest probability leans toward beautiful.

Bring clothes that you can layer. You can wear a water-repellent jacket or trench coat over a lightweight sweater if the weather is rainy and cool.

It's great in November!!! That's the start of the pleasant half of the year (6 months). The temps can vary - anywhere from 30s-80s - but most likely will be in the 50s-60s range. If a cold front comes through, it might be a windy and cold.

During this time of year, in the southern US, the absolute best thing to do would be to pack for every weather scenario from cold and wet to warm and dry.

Leave the snow suit and flip flops at home (bring the rest). You won't need the former and the latter is just tacky

No down parka, no boots, no earmuffs, no mitts; long pants and a sweater, light jacket and umbrella. That should do it

I agree with everything but the last sentence. You never know what kind of weather we'll have during this time.
