The house I bought at the end of last year went up 46%!

Up 30% here .

Realistically, I think the market value is up 15, maybe 20% from last year. Will definitely be protesting.

I don't live in Harris Co. When does Fort Bend County post their appraisals?

They went up 10% on appraisal value and 50% on my market value, lol.

They mainly hit the land value on mine. They doubled it. Can't say they are too far off though.

I'll send Clarke &co in for me this year. I don't have time for them. When looking at my immediate neighbors and their land value, HCAD is all over the place. I don't mind them hitting me for the market value, but when they don't do it across the board for a neighborhood, it eerks me enough to put up a fight.

Land value alone up 41%. Total appraised value was up 10%.
