I have black car which is due for lease return and I want to take care of few scratches and lines before returning the vehicle.

Can anyone recommend good place which they have personally used for similar service. Also somewhere they can deep clean the leather seats etc.

Thanks

You should read your contract. They allow scratches and curb rash up to certain length. I turned in my Infiniti about 2 years ago...and they allowed for 2 inches as "normal wear and tear". Also, are you going to have it inspected before turning it in? They will say if you need to get it repaired or not and how much it will cost if you don't.

Thanks. I will get it inspected. I wanted to get those things fixed before inspection but just wanted to make sure since the inspection company might share details with the dealership. For Lexus the scratches they mentioned are about size of credit card. On black car somethings are more obvious so I was wondering if I should get them fixed before getting an inspection done.

Don't know about Lexus, but with Infiniti, they have an independent inspection company that they used. They are paid by Infiniti to come out to you...your house, office, etc to do the inspection. They will also take pictures and measure the tire threads. Before the inspector came out, I made sure to have the car detailed. My car was white, I had curb rash on all 4 wheels, and some scratches in the side. Infiniti and I both received a copy of the inspection report. They advised you get this inspection done about a month in advance, so that it gives you time to get it repaired it or it will show you how much you owe if you were to turn in your car in that condition. If you decided to get it repaired since it's cheaper than the fee, just save your receipts.

This is good suggestion. I don't want the independent inspector to give me a quote on the fixes. I was thinking I will save further by doing it through a paint , body or car detail shop

Are you planning to lease another Lexus? If yes, they will mostly likely waive all the fees since you're leasing another Lexus.
