I would agree that there are not many rentals in this area.I go over there alot and never see rental property.Friendswood is a very desireable place to live and this price range is hard to find. This part of Friendswood is in harris county and Brook is a good school compared to most HISD high schools.

Well that was just what I noticed living (and renting) there on that Webster side. Residents changing in & out of the houses near us was common. There were gobs of rentals to choose from in old Heritage Park at the time, as well as in Friendswood's Forest Bend, and we toured plenty before deciding. Forest Bend is not very nice at all -- an easy spot to look for trouble, too. There were some more rentals in Wedgewood, though not as many as FB and HP.

I agree about Forest Bend. I personally don't like the look of the neighborhood. While the homes are in the same style as Here in Heritage Park, it just doesn't seem as kept up as ours. The other thing I didn't like about it was how they had apartments thrown in amongst the homes. Ick.
