I am buying a vacant lot in Riverside Terrace 77021. Anyone know where I can get a copy of the deed restrictions?

if you are in the process of buying a vacant lot already you should be able to check with a title company and get what information is known. if you're trying to find out before starting the process then ask the seller. they should know.

It's a voluntary $50 annually. This used to be the number: 713-419-1131

I'm in 77021 near macgregor park. Our deed restrictions are alive and well. A section recently obtained minimum lot size designation of around 22k. Other sections soon to follow.

Thanks to all. Does this area have a civic association?

Here is one HOA:
West MacGregor Homeowners Association

The one for the neighborhood is new and being worked on:
South MacGregor | Riverside Terrace, Houston, TX

There is a Parkwood Civic Club as well.

Several of the sections in Riverside Terrace have adopted minimum lot sizes to fend off town home and condo developers who treasure those large lots. And I think the residents are very serious about protecting their homes.
