How to move without a vehicle. My goal is to escape the the inner city for the suburbs. I'm a millennial
searching for safety, peace, and entertainment (excitement & noble).

Rent Uhaul if you have some belongings. Or just take Uber if you don't have much stuff

Wrong city. You need a car here. Move to Chicago or the Northeast US for their public transportation.

Hire a moving company.

I am a millennial also and live in the Sugar Land area (born and raised). Unless you work here and live somewhat close to it, or can catch a ride with someone to where ever you do work, you need a car.

The suburbs have the same safety issues as in town -- if not more so.

You're not socially and culturally adept enough for Houston, or probably even Texas. Maybe take the full sail express to Ivy League land.
