For me it was Memorial. That's ironic, I know, but my favorite way to get inside the loop is to go down Memorial and of course, the drive through the city on Memorial is fantastic.

The first street that comes to mind is Montrose and first neighborhood is the Heights. Which is weird because they are both streets and neighborhoods.
