True, otherwise, if a tornado lifts your car and drops on somebody's head, you would be responsible too.

Throw the branches back over the fence, with some dog poop as interest!

My father had a border war like that with a neighbor for decades. As a kid growing up, I just assumed it was normal to skim dead frogs and other animals from our pool and fling them over the fence. Doesn't everyone do that???

Good to know. I'm not an ******* and do keep it trimmed and look after it.
My concern was exactly for that, with a nasty storm, the tree could take some heavy wind and fall/break/etc.
