The channel 13 weather guy said yesterday that Oak pollen was at its worst, but that it should get better after this front blows through, and then we will be done with it.

Having said that, my allergy symptoms lead to a runny nose and a wet cough... I'm not a doctor...maybe people react differently. I have to say yesterday I was feeling "feverish" and took my temp during the day at least 4 times... each time lower than 98 degrees! So I think we are all on edge with this Corona Virus coverage.

Meanwhile I'm looking across the street and my neighbors and their kids are having a group meeting! What happened to social distancing! Some people just don't get it!

Hope you feel better!

This is literally the worst time of year to have the virus hit. I have found a way to calm my own nerves by remembering allergy season from earlier years here in Houston. For several years, I kept a running supply of cough drops at my desk at work and would always worry that I was annoying my co-workers with clearing my throat every couple of minutes. Try to remember back to earlier years if it helps.

Whatever it may be, just keep your nose clean. the cold weather is returning along with rain and which means a higher risk . The dust is also very visible on the cars.

Just make sure you dont scratch or poke your nose. They say that people could still be infected, but as long as they dont take it to their lungs/respiratory tract, they are safe.

Cold weather?
I heard it second time here today.
Really cold?
I see only a couple of days slightly above 70 this weekend and rest of the days in 80s.
We are even almost getting into 90s later next week.
Doesn't really seem cold to me
