NFBWA website is here https://www.nfbwa.com/
Fees charged to your water provider are here https://www.nfbwa.com/our-fees

If your fee is $50.60, that implies usage of 11 to 12,000 gallons.

I did go to the site,I dont understand-
ffective January 01, 2021
Groundwater – $4.25 per 1,000 gallons and
Surface Water – $4.60 per 1,000 gallons
so if I used 1000 gallons, should it be 4.60,it has always been around 20 dollars

You will have to call the MUD and ask, then. It appears you normally use 4,000 gallons, which would make the fee $20 or so. Perhaps there is a year end adjustment process. In any case, call the MUD, because none of us is going to have the answer.
