The reason I included them is because CCI’s financials for this year easily put them back in. CCI’s revenue dipped last year and climbed this year. Weird because the market as a whole did the opposite. Guess last year was a down year for telecom services?

We'll see. Fortune 500 is a snap shot based on full-year results. One can't know who will move up or down, in or out without knowing the results of all the companies... how many spinoffs (for example, the addition of a brand new company (Corebridge) automatically moves CCI down to #504)... how many mergers the (a) eliminate a Fortune 500 company and (b) combine two smaller companies to create a new Fortune 500 company. So... it's not really accurate to claim CCI as a Fortune 500 company. Hopefully, they will climb back on to next year's list (maybe along with NOV, which has seen very large revenue growth).

Quick correction: Corebridge will be HQ’d at the Woodson Tower, not the America Tower. The Woodson Tower is right across from the America tower. The America tower seems like it will remain as AIG offices. Corebridge will also have some space in some of the other buildings within the complex. Didn’t realize that AIG’s campus there was spread accross so many buildings originally.

First post-IPO quarterly earnings were just released showing $8.8B in revenue, $2.3B in net income. Will be an intresting company moving forward as they separate themselves from AIG

More like, this is the best market environment to perform an IPO. Just like 2020 was as well. It’s not a coincidence that just a few days after this IPO (which was at the time the largest of the year), a bigger IPO was done (Porsche as someone mentioned earlier)
