I have one of the cheapest insurance companies where I used to live but now that i'm in Houston what are some of the cheapest with the best coverage too. I don't want to get rid of my insurance company but its state specific only and they don't service any other state. I only pay 900 on a full coverage european luxury sedan. Is that more or less....

Your insurance will most likely be greater than $900 per year. How much greater just depends on who you go with, where you live, where your car is parked, your credit score, etc.
