What do you guys think about this place?

Ventura Lofts Apartment Homes

They are expensive, but it looks real nice. Loft styled luxury apartment living. Is this a good area? From the pictures it looks real nice. But can anyone here chime in and give me some opinions about this place?

I would say that's more Westhiemer and Gessner than Briar Forest.

I know nothing of the complex. It looks really nice on the outside. Just that part of Westhiemer is not my favorite after dark.

true. I was thinking the same also. even though the place looks nice, the area on the other hand I am unsure about. Hrmm...

Honestly, I would look into a more older apartment complex than that, you can visit the older complexes and get a feel for what the area is like and the residents are like.
