My son is a commercial carpenter, Here in NYC he mostly works for construction companies building high rise residential & office buildings. How is the ABQ job market for this type of job?

I would say availability is near zero. What little high rise commercial is going on all have signs outside the gate saying NO JOBS. There is very little residential constructionl going on either.
