We've been looking at homes out in the Cinco area, but wonder if we can get more for our money in either PMR or WLN-certainly the houses are more affordable. We are currently looking at Westin homes. Anyone with any experience with Westin homes or have thoughts on PMR versus WLN? Is WLN actually in Richmond or does it just border it? How long of a drive are either of these places from things like grocery stores, doctor's offices, hospitals, etc. We don't want to live too far out(BTDT and didn't like it). I appreciate your thoughts.

I think Pine mill is the way to go and Westin is building beautiful homes there. It seems that they have sold quite a few homes recently as we bought one. Location is great. Great community.
