I'm not sure if this answers your question or not.

Department stores in the mall such as Macy's and Dillard's give complimentary make up to advertize their products. She can make appointment to one of these and learn how to put make up.

When she starts her business, please have her include a list of what not to do:

1) Never put on makeup when driving! Why not wake up five minutes earlier and spare all others on the road the danger.

2) Stay with the times. Blue eye shadow brings back memories of the 80's.

3) Pony-tails do wonders for those with, well, bad hair.

4) Getting a perm does not make a woman look younger.

But then, what do I know? I'm a guy.

Guys feedback is just as good! It gives us, women, another point of view.

Blue eye shadows is still good in this era. It all depends on what shade of blue is used and how it is applied. Another tip to pass on to women is: Make up is used correctly when it's used to enhance a woman's beauty. It is used incorrectly when it's used for cover up (I don't mean covering bruises or spots of skin imperfection).

When I was much younger, I thought women fixed up themselves for men. Now, I see that it's not always true. It's more for other women .

I mainly do the "look" for myself. If I feel like putting make up on, I do. If not, I don't; just as I long as I look clean and decent .
