I have been living on campus at HBU for the last year and really want to get my own place. We are located in Sharpstown, which is a mess, so I really need someone who knows the Galleria/westheimer area as I plan to move closer to the 610.

I want someone that works fast since school is almost out, and someone who is willing to work with me one on one and not just send me on my own chase. I'm new to living in an apt. so I'm not sure what a deal would be.

Thanks for any advice you can give me.

I used to go on apartment hunt with a guy named Joe Cano. He will pick u up if needed and goes to every single place with you. One thing I did not like was that he always pushed for more expensive apartments ( well, he gets more money then ). Always the more expensive ones on top of the list. I had to lay down the law first. He's kind of a macho type lol. Anyway, he's actually very helpful.

What's creepy? Well, just the way he is. You might find him funny. Like I said, he does give you a ride if needed, and he also provides you with a lot of apartment listings. I also got a 50$ check.

What do you mean? You can do that yourself. You don't need them for that.
Other than that, I found it very helpful. Just don't expect additional savings.
