There is a Hong Kong market (I think that is the name) on Scarsdale on the SE side that everyone swears by -- supposedly great fruits, etc.

I do alot of Korean cooking. I shop at a Korean market on DeMoss and Fondren right behind the old Sharpstown Mall. There is also a good Korean market at Witte and Long Point
