H&M appears headed to Willowbrook Mall, but until then a shirtless David Beckham rules - 2012-Jan-05 - CultureMap Houston

Quote:
Until Houston gets its own H&M, no trip to Dallas is complete without a shopping stop at NorthPark Center, currently one of two spots in Texas for an H&M fix. The other H&M opened in November at Town East Mall in the Dallas/Mesquite area.

Inquiring minds wanted to know — again — just when an H&M will be putting down stakes in Houston. So when I was in Big D last weekend to see my beloved Houston Cougars whip up on Penn State in the TicketCity Bowl, a store manager confirmed a location is going in at Willowbrook Mall in the spring.
Booming mall, but kinda random first location.

I'll be pretty excited when this opens. Love H&M. I really don't care what mall it's located. Just as long as it's in driving distance.

Yeah; cheap clothing [which I love!]

I wish Houston Pavillions was an option. If the developers and the city work together and act more agressively; they could pull it off.

H&M is a great store with good pricing. Hopefully the selections they have back west is out here too.

I guess I had gone to the wrong H&M, but I didn't like their clothing. It looked like Citi Trends clothing.

"Random" ain't the word.

The first stop of any coveted retail brand should always be the Galleria.

Why?

Why wouldn't want some balance within your area's retail scene?

LOL. Are there any other malls that you would like to see stores besides the Galleria?
