AFAIK, nothing unusual going on...there are usually a number of houses for sale there, it's a big area.

I am speaking specifically to Burningtree Valley...Summerwind Drive, Applewood Drive, and Pineridge Circle. Youre right, E. Limestone ! I am keeping an eye on Pt Mallard for a friend. Not much available at the moment. Its a wonderful place to live for a family. I think it might just be the time of year....Ive seen more listings available at other times.

You peeked my interest. Why do they call this place "burningtree"? or "burningtree mountain"? I'd imagine there must be lots of red leaves by fall. If so, that will be a great place to watch the fall leaves turn red, no?
