Anyone know of local (or other) banks offering construction to perm financing?

I work for a builder here in town and North Alabama Bank does our construction loans. I do believe CB&S bank does them also. As far as permanent loans, you can get one from any bank, they don't have to offer construction loans. If what you are asking for is one loan closing for both, nobody does those anymore. Hope this helps.

Yes, I have personal experience with CB&S Bank. They do construction loans and permanent financing, and they are very helpful in working with the customer to get everything taken care of. They also have four or five branches in the Huntsville/Madison area, which makes it convenient to get everything done. My favorite branch is the one on University Drive by Jordan Lane...ask for Mary. She's awesome!
