Has anyone tried the new hot dog stand on Wall Triana? It's in the old Cuppie's kiosk on the South side of I565.

Yep - it's now open. I want to try it but I'm not sure of the logistics - is it a drive-through, a walk-up, or both?

We need a good hot dog stand. I will try it this week and report back.

Great - and tell us how we approach the place - is it drive-through, walk-up or both?

Good we got someone going in!

The cuppys place was both. I would prefer a walk up, personally. And with Fall coming it would be nice to get a hot dog and sit on an open table, once it cools down.

I haven't been there yet but I remember driving by and noticed they have weird hours. Open Monday, Thursday, Friday... or something like that.

They are open Monday through Friday until 3:30PM.

When I went yesterday they only had the drive-through open. The person serving me said they had too many problems with all the people coming to the walk-up window.

What kind of problems?

like shiving?

I would imagine that a walk up window isn't terribly complicated. I mean it's the same as a car window.

Checkers doesn't seem to have issues.

I personally don't like eating in my car, so I would prefer the walk up. But it's not a big deal.

How were the hot dogs????
