It's called the Henry C. Potts Center, IRC. Partially above ground in the front and the left side but over half appears to be underground. Tall 8' (or higher) chain link fence with barbed wire and CCTV cameras all over the place.

Anyone know what it is?

Thanks,

My friend got a tour of the facility a few years ago, its quite impressive and they are prepared for just about anything there.

But when I was a kid, I remember getting a tour, of the 911 room in Madison City Hall, the city had maybe 15K back then.

Nah. It has to have a tunnel leading to the caves under the courthouse, where the Reptilians have established their new center for world domination. Is it any wonder that the FBI (Foreign Bipedal Ichthyosaurs) have decided to move here? The clue from Hollywood has been there for years, with the playing up of dolphins as being intelligent mammals that never developed feet. "Flipper" was an earlier attempt to make human mammals more comfortable with the idea of being ruled by a benevolent race of walking reptiles descended from a reptilian version of dolphins.

The Reptilians had to move from under London after Thatcher died. The socialism, drinking, indiscriminate sex, shift from tea to Starbucks, and other changes were eating away at the morale of the Reptilians, many of whom were saying "Who would want to dominate THAT?!? I wanna go home!"

Be very worried if you start seeing an increase in tea drinking.

THE DAY AFTER ROSWELL

https://ia802804.us.archive.org/26/i...terRoswell.pdf
Back in the 1950's before I was born, my ageing Father owned land that overlooked the Tennessee Rivers Ditto Landing and Hobbs Island atop Green Mountain at the end of Monte Verdra Road, where he built a house for my Mother and himself.
As he recalled, said this was around the time developers put down asphalt roads for the future neighborhoods and built a water tower.
Some years later, local wealthy investors came along and bought up ALL the land up there, and offered my folks more than double what his land and 'shack' were worth.
After having his powerlines cut and his well water ruined by soap, he finally got the hint and sold out.
I grew up riding trailbikes up and down those abandoned asphalt roads and backwoods trails, even climbing up that abandoned water tower over a dozen times.
I always wondered why housing development 'stopped' up there for all those years?
I always wondered why Alum Cave in that cove behind Huntsville Speedway was blocked off?
Did AMF and Chemstone eventually become Norton, which is now Saint Gobain?
The train tracks from downtown Huntsville run past there and the Praxair Oxygen plant to the the Tennessee River gravel port on the south end of Hobbs Island.
Back in the day, train cars would load up on barges and be floated downriver to Guntersville.
Interesting that an Oxygen plant would be built so far away from nay industries using oxygen, unless it's used 'nearby'.
Interesting that high-voltage powerlines run from Guntersville Dam to a really big substation next to Coyne Cylinder, unless it's used 'nearby'.
After reading them books and poking around on the Internet, I wonder what and/or who is really under Green Mountain mountain - and other mountains for that fact...
