Thanks for sharing the information.
Will need to get up there and check it out. Good to read that they also sell their own on site.

Default Upscale Apartments being built in CRP

Mosby at Bridge Street Apartments, currently being constructed, will be an upscale 290 unit development located at the NE corner of the intersection of Voyager Way and Eagle Dr. https://businessalabama.com/virginia...bridge-street/

This is directly behind the Hyatt Place at Bridge Street. The artist rendering shows four story buildings which look similar to the Seleno at Bridge Street which are also adjacent. Completion will be in April of 2022 with leasing beginning in May of 2021.

The Madison County Tax Assessors Tax Map shows a small six lot development in the SE corner of this property immediately adjacent to the Hyatt Place along Eagle Dr. - One has to wonder what they are planning as these lots have a separate local ownership. Could they be designated to small companies who want to purchase a small lot for their offices and like advantage of being in the park and next to Bridge Street? Time will tell, but there are no for sale/lease signs on the property now.

With all of the high end apartments being built in the HSV area, will there be an oversupply and will rents begin to fall?

So are there more apartments or hotels currently set to be under construction?

Yes. Town Madison has a fairly large apartment complex (I think construction has already started) and a double-named hotel is to be constructed. There's a Holiday Inn being built on Bob Wallace (the old Landry's location), a couple being built downtown. At one time a year or so ago, there were about 15 different hotels being planned or under construction in the area. It looks like just about everywhere you look there are apartments being built.

I counted 29 apartment complexes under construction or planned a couple of months ago. I think at some point we have to be getting maxed out.

New apartments under construction that i know of are behind the new Tractor Supply on 72 west. Another is on the west side of Balch Road and south of 72. Two more complexes are well under way on Balch Road, north of 72. One just north of the new houses being built behind CVS Pharmacy and the other further north and on the east side of Blch Road in the Clift Farms development. Another consists of four 4 story buildings also in Clift Farms and just east of the new Publix. The last that I know of is on McCrary Road, just off of Nance Road near Academy Sports. There is also one more on Wall Triana/Sullivan Street in Madison, just south of Norfolk Southern's tracks.
