Those rates seem pretty reasonable.

Major music festival in the works for next year, With the huge success that The Orion amphitheater has been along with Mars Music Hall and the VBC, this could another jewel in the city's music crown.

The city of Huntsville is planning a large-scale, outdoor music festival in 2024, Mayor Tommy Battle announced Tuesday at his annual state of the city address.

Battle declined to share a date the city has in mind for the event but said more details will be released next month when the city council is presented a contract for approval with C3 Presents – a concert promotion group behind such festivals as Bonnaroo in southern Tennessee as well as Lollapalooza in Chicago.

C3 Presents is big time at what they do:

City investment: $70 million over the past year with $200 million planned over the next five years.
Redstone Arsenal: a $27 billion economic impact on the state, 44,000 jobs, 108,000 jobs across the Tennessee Valley, 10% of the Alabama GDP (Gross Domestic Product).

Condato Tacos (Columbus Ohio based) is opening downtown @ City Centre across from Big Spring Park.
This is their second Alabama location, the other being in Mountain Brook.
Interesting just a few blocks from Taco Mama's downtown location but Condatos does look very tasty.

This is a great location as well with soon to be a thousand apartments within two blocks, along with 6 hotels, a short 5-10 minute walk, Big Spring Park and office complex across the street.

How did you come to the conclusion the old Smokey's BBQ location would be it? I thought the consensus was that Waldo's Chicken & Beer (https://waldoschicken.com/visit) was going into the Smokey's location.

What makes you think things are different now? Huntsville has been on list of Coming Soon before.

It’s literally under construction right now. Why are you linking an article from over 2 years ago?

I've been to the ones in Florence, Oxford, and Destin. Food is good and at the time the service was great. They should do well here.

New Starbucks planned as if there weren't plenty, but this actually is a good location for that morning inbound traffic.
Next to Taco Bell on Highway 53 (Jordan Lane) in Harvest just south of Jeff Rd intersection.
