There was one engineer who worked with my husband who broke his glasses in the middle (between the eyes at the nosepiece) and simply taped them up and wore them like that for a loooong time. Talk about cheap. They were coke bottle glasses too so it was particularly funny.

I had a boyfriend whose mama was still sending him care packages. Boyfriend's comment to me when I made a batch of cookies?: "But these don't taste like my mom's." My comment?: "Then marry your mom already!" Arrrghhhhh. This stuff is funny. I think BC (birth control) glasses with the tape in the middle AND mama's boy would be too much to handle!
