Out-of-state resident received a stop sign violation (Twin Falls: house, school)

Hello everybody,
I was a bad boy yesterday leaving Twin Falls I rolled through a stop sign and received a ticket.

Is it possible for a California resident to go through traffic school so the violation does not show up on my record

I was surprised the violation for a stop sign is $90 I thought it would be a lot higher

Be careful everybody if you're making that left hand turn on row 2400 turning onto Highway US 93

Traffic school in what state; California or Idaho?


I would guess it would have to be a school in Idaho.

Traffic school would have to be in Idaho. There are stipulations that you haven't taken traffic school in the past so many years.

Yes, Idaho is strict and isn't a fan of the California stop AKA rolling stop.

we purchased a house in Twin we go there often I think it might be possible online to take a Idaho traffic school that's what I heard yesterday night after I posted

the policeman was very polite and professional I kind of deserved it I wanted to get on Highway 93 and there was this big semi that was going to be in front of me if I did not make a quick move I do think I did stop but I pulled out very very quickly overall I deserve the ticket

Idaho State Police have nice uniforms the officer put on his Smokey the Bear round black hat before he exited the police car
