Default Land in Pocatello area?
My wife and I live in Alaska at the moment but want to move closer to home without being home, lol. We are looking to buy some land in the pocatello area. Preferrably within 30 min or so drive time, and pref 5-10 acres thats reasonably priced <50k. Any ideas? Have seen a couple that fit the bill but not alot. I am sure that there are lots that just aren't listed in the MLS. THanks for any advice.

Hi, I know there is alot of building going on so there has to be alot of land. The only thing is if you want to be 30 miles away you will then pretty much be in Blackfoot, American Falls, or McCammon. Our best friend is a realtor here from Remax his name is Omar phone is 208-604-0116. He is awesome and would gladly answer your questions and let you know whats available. (and you can call him without feeling obligated to hire him, he isnt like that)
