Probe continues into 72 bodies found on Mexican ranch near U.S. border

(Paraphrased)

Near the Texas Border in a town called, San Fernado the Mexican navy encounter a man who had been shot. He led them to a ranch where a gun battle broke out killing one naval officer and 3 shooters they were teenage civilians. After searching the ranch officials found 58 males and 14 females dead inside a building. Fingerprints were recovered from the decease to try to identify them.

A month ago officials found 51 dead bodies in mass graves. The bodies had been burned in steel drums or in huge bond fires.

The missing Nuevo Leon Mayor, Edelmiro Cavazos Leal, was found. He was abducted about a week ago and his abductors had tortured him to death. So, far Officials have arrested a handful of police officers and a transit worker involved in his murder.

The mortality rate has risen to 28,000 deaths in Mexico since 2006. Most of deaths were done by the drug cartels and many of the deaths occurred on the U.S., Mexican border.

I bet you can't wait until the Drug Cartels crosses the U.S. border and drives back the ill-funded U.S. authorities. What I don't understand is that these illegal aliens are coming to America and killing Americans on American soil and our government does nothing about it, except to try to give them Amnesty. Our lives for cheap labor, is that a fair trade? Who's making these rules?

The politicians are the average Americans worst enemy, yet we refuse to vote them out of office or even go to the polls. VOTE THE BUMS OUT! "An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure!"

According to information released so far it seems those 72 were all illegals from Central America....probably on their way to the border and the USA.

I guess Obama is breathing a sigh of relief. 72 people he won't be blamed for.

And where are the La Raza protestors? They'll jump up and start protesting over anything when it comes to illegals in the USA, such as their demand that they be given free college or food stamps, but something this hideous - they fall very silent.

It doesn't seem that they really care very much about "their people" unless "their people" are here illegally.

And this is exactly what happens when people are allowed to ignore any kind of law. We've turned over the control of the border to extremely ruthless and violent individuals and groups. They control the border, they get by with murder. They aren't expected to abide by any law.

This might inconvenience the employers who were waiting for this shipment of cheap illegals - but only for a very short time, they can simply order up more - there are plenty replacements. They're just cheap commodities that don't always make it over the border but usually do.

I feel sad for the 72 people. What a horrible way to die, and it's unnecessary.

What's interesting - these "migrants" weren't poor by a long shot.

Lala's wife, Maria Angelica Lala, told Teleamazonas that her husband paid $15,000 to the smuggler who was supposed to guide him to the U.S.

Families of massacred migrants couldn't pay ransom - El Paso Times (http://www.elpasotimes.com/juarez/ci_15912062 - broken link)

$15,000?? How many of us have that kind of money laying around? And this guy had a pregnant 17 year old wife!! That's not bad money for any 18 year old to have.

You have to wonder what the real purpose is to come here illegally when you have that kind of extra money that you can pay smugglers. The unemployment rate in the USA is quite high so there can't be that many guaranteed jobs waiting for them.
