"Is it targeting the individuals for removal who in fact should be deported?" the report says about ICE.
ICE officials said in a written statement that the administration is still committed to prioritizing the arrest and removal efforts of those who are in the country illegally that pose a danger to public safety.
"It appears that the report fails to take into account many factors, including the fact that immigration courts are independently authorized to allow illegal aliens to remain in the United States," said the statement, released by ICE spokeswoman Virginia Kice.

The immigration courts practice reverse discrimination. My friend's husband, a white South Afrikaan of Dutch descent was picked up and arrested for being here on an expired Visa. He was given the choice to spend 3 years in jail or to be deported. Not much of a choice, huh? Guess he should have changed his name to Jose or Miguel to prevent deportation.
This makes you wonder if we really are a country of laws. These corrupt liberal judges have to go. Whenever you can, vote these idiots out. Mexico protects their southern borders so should we.
Very Sad though it seems, we are a Country that can be bought. A Country of Laws for the wrong People and not it's Citizens, something is very wrong with this picture.
Those in Power are just as bad as those here illegally!
It is sad, these judges should be held responsible for all the harm done by these illegals after they are let go
