For example, Guatemala is pushing for Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for the tens of thousands of undocumented Guatemalans who are in the United States, while it is coordinating, with other countries of Central America and Mexico, investigations into the Tamaulipas massacre and other cases, Reynosa said.

Imagine the outrage if America decided to start encouraging its poor and unemployed to move to Canada!

It must be easy to support these people when they are thousands of miles away from your shores. It says something about the quality of people coming here when their own government doesn't want them back and essentially saying to America "Keep'em! Don't send'em back!"
