Mexico produces them because our government allows and encourages it. We don't expect Canada to solve all it's problems by having it's people head into the USA, but we have a patronizing attitude toward Mexico and it's people. Poor little Mexicans is the attitude so many bleeding hearts have, and believe that these helpless people and helpless country can only be improved by getting to the USA where we will take good care of them. Plus if since they'll work for dirt cheap it helps because people see it as a win-win, the poor victims not only get to be rescued but will work happily for low pay and be good servant types.
