The end result of massive illegal immigration, Anchor babies and not enforcing the immigration laws.

Better screening and enforcement of the current laws in place would help stop the importation of Latin America's illiterate poor.

Less strain on the infrastructure, crime and greater opportunities for LEGAL Hispanic immigrants in the US.

Obama and past presidents have failed to understand that you cannot selectively enforce the laws of the US. A half a**ed effort will give you half a**ed results every time.

I heard this on the radio today.

Hispanics comprised 50.3 percent of all people sentenced in that time period, Blacks 19.7 percent and Whites 26.4 percent.

In comparison, last year Hispanics made up just 16 percent of the whole U.S. population.

so there is more detention and deportation. whats the problem?

as for the OP, why would this bother you? whats the "thanks for nothing" comment about? do you think this reflects on you as a person?. this has no bearing on me or you or any other hispanic, really. those who use this stat as a gauge to measure the character of hispanics are just small minded. this is about illegals. this is about felonies tied to their illegal presence. thats all it is.
