What exactly is there to discuss? Gotta be more specific. Where to start?

arrest the criminal, ship back to a different point from which they came in and confiscate everything that they owned in the USA.

Criminal on what charges?...

Does he even remember where he came in 21 years ago?...

And he didn't look like he owned that much...

He needs to move out of Santa Fe (it is a higher cost of living there, and has more government-types being the state capitol)...

He could fit in better in areas of Albuquerque...

Find a wife...

And settle in a bit better for what has become his country...

So instead of recommending that he return to Mexico where he is a citizen you are recommending that he stay here in violation of our immigration laws and who knows what other laws? How has he been working if not by breaking more laws? This isn't his country no matter what he thinks or feels.

I'm sure our illegal alien here can be brought up on lots of charges. Just deport him and put a 10 year ban in reentry.

Yeah real great.

People sleeping on the floor owning 4 shirts. Just the kind of cheap workers the elites want.

This is one reason to go after the employers of illegals should face huge fines and have their corrupt businesses shut down.

What do you mean what charge?

He's been violating American employment and immigration laws for decades. He also admits to driving -- something he has no legal right to do.

How many American laws do you think he should get to break?

Most Americans do not want him here. We don't want or need foreign nationals who live in squalor, barely speak English and believe they have the right to violate our laws with impunity.

Why do you believe otherwise?

Agreed. The fact that he fled Arizona proves that if every single state enforced the laws on the books illegals would run out of places to run and hide. I am sick and tired of the sob stories and the sense of entitlement to be here because it's what THEY want.

They need to go home and demand what THEY want from their own country.
