Quote:
And a senator from Iowa did indeed object to the DACA program again Monday in a letter to Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano. Sen. Charles Grassley (R-Iowa) and Rep. Lamar Smith (R-Texas), the top Republicans on the Senate and House judiciary committees, wrote to demand more information from Napolitano as to how DHS will prevent fraud and abuse under the DACA program, which generally is open to illegal aliens 16 years or older but also younger than 31-years old who haven't committed any major crimes and have enrolled in or graduated from school.

"This administration will undoubtedly preside over one of the most fraud-ridden immigration programs in our history. Illegal immigrants will be eager to purchase or create fake documents showing that they arrived in the United States before the age of 16 and meet the continued physical presence requirements. DHS will be sorely taxed by the burden of disproving the evidence presented in each application."

Mark my words. Fraud will be rampant, because they won't check a damn thing.

Slight mistake on behalf of the article. You can apply for DACA when 15 or older. The 16 year cut off date is regarding how old you were when you came in.

Which is silly really. As DACA exists right now someone who entered two month or so ago, and was 15, is eligible for deferment. I'm all for it, but its silly to claim that this person grew an attachment here within a month.

The entire policy is a travesty. And, will be fraught with fraud and abuse, as well as fleecing taxpayers.

Tsk tsk, stop spreading false information. They must have been living here for at least 5 years before they can even qualify.

And, they'll all have plenty of "certified" fake documents to prove it. Heck, I'm sure the forgery mills are chomping at the bit in anticipation of the billions they'll make off of this scam.

Janet just needs to reply that they won't. Rubber stamp them all, no questions asked.
Worry about it later when and if they get arrested.
