I think your wet behind the ears. Sorry to disagree but i do. I see it as they are cruel to demand the rights they think they are owed! even after coming to this Country by breaking the rules and laws to get here.

What rights do lawbreakers have in Mexico, if this was an American demanding certain rights, think we all know better, this would not happen.
Has nothing to do with stereotyping, it has to do with those that come to this Country, by breaking the laws to do so, no matter what Country they are from! And putting demands on us, they have no right asking for.

I think American Citizens are tired of obeying the laws, and getting nowhere, while those who break our laws, can and do get certain advantages they do not deserve. After a while, what the hell is the point of being a Citizen, if others, can walk right in, and demand their place.

This is yet another example of the sheer arrogance of illegal aliens. Why is the State Supreme Court even wasting taxpayers' funds by allowing this case to be argued? Had he bothered to obey our immigration laws, and not chosen to live in our country illegally, he would be eligible for a driver's license.
Yes. Why should he get an legal license to be here illegally.

Is wanting American lawbreakers to be held accountable for breaking our laws, cruel? Our laws state that if you are in this country illegally you should be deported. That's cruel and arrogant? Didn't they all violate our immigration laws by coming here illegally? How is that stereotyping? Seems like it isn't those of us who oppose illegal immigration and know what our laws state are the ones who need an education.
