The Obama administration spent more money on immigration enforcement in the last fiscal year than all other federal law enforcement agencies combined, according to a report on the government's enforcement efforts from a Washington think tank.

The 182-page report concludes that the Obama administration has made immigration its highest law enforcement priority.
Gov't spent $18 billion on immigration enforcement | Politics | The Seattle Times

If they spent $18 billion, is must have been spent on salaries, wasteful perks, unnecessary conferences, and lawsuits against states, because they certainly haven't been enforcing immigration laws. Of course, this report is intended to garner support for the proposed amnesty.

Funny, we will never see a report on the billions taxpayers are forced to pay for medical, education, food stamps, welfare, subsidized housing, incarceration, etc. for illegal aliens.

Maybe they are including Bribes to Mexican drug lords, more semi/automatic weapons (Fast & Furious)
both to the cartels & the Mexican Government and the cost of lawyers to keep that weasel Eric Holder out of prison.

Besides all that, the Obama administration tends to lie alot.
