If the person is an Illegal alien, then he does not meet the requirements of being a citizen of the US. If this person becomes a naturalized citizen, then according to the 14th amendment, any person born or naturlized is a citizen.
The 14th supercedes any article on citizenship in the US Constitution prior to 1865.
There has never been a case before the USSC to determin whether a naturalized citizen is able to be POTUS.
