Unless they have a Guatemalan passport (highly unlikely) how does anyone know if they really are Guatemalan? And even if they have a valid passport, how do you know that they are truly victims of domestic abuse?

What this ridiculous ruling will now do is bring in more poor single mothers. We have enough homegrown poor single mothers who struggle to raise good kids but, sadly, often fail. It's insane to import more of this!

Agreed because word is there ain't a big difference in looks, culture and so on between a Mayan from Guatemala and a Mayan from southern Mexico. Most Guatemalans are some kind of Indian.

You can pretty much say your from Guatemala and get a free ride regardless of where your from, Syria, Iraq, Palastine. Eric Holder would probably give them free M16s too
