This thread got moved to a national board by a moderator. It was intended as poking fun at Mayor Lou Barletta of Hazelton, PA. He made news with his desire to fine employers who employed illegal immigrants or more simply put, people not paying taxes.
With this post going national it makes it seems more bigoted than was ever intended.
Well I just opened it with my husband sitting next to me...Spick is more of a Puerto Rican insult....not a mexican slur. And he was very offended, as was I. Hell of a way to get your jollies.
Still, the images that someone captured of all that damage to public and private property should never be condoned. I don't care if you are American, legal immigrant or illegal. Defacing property like this is immoral even if it is your own because it damages the landscape and is unfair to other citizens who don't wish to view unsightly graffiti in their neighborhood.
Regarding the slur, whoever made the video shouldn't have put that in there. Without it the point of senseless destruction would have been more clearly made.

Sorry that you felt insulted. Immigration still needs to be properly enforced to ensure that we all pay taxes fairly
