...beyond mere prosecutorial discretion - it provides substantive rights...

Breaking: Federal Judge Strikes Blow at Obama Executive Amnesty | Power Line

...I'm sure some friendly judges in the court of appeals, if not before, will take care of this for Obama.

...Still, nice to see a federal judge make an obvious ruling based on the law.

Its time to put a leash on Obama and have the Secret Service escort out of office.

They should also investigate this judge for incompetence for speaking on something that had no relevance to his case. If this guy was caught coming here after being deported then he should face some jail time then deported immediately. Nothing Obama has done has any relevance to this case!

What are the odds though that some or many of the 4.7 million that Obama has given a stay of deportation to have been deported in the past and came back? From what I understand this happens frequently and it is a felony to do so.

If they have a deportation case against them then they do not quailfy. Did you not get the notes?

They already had a deportation case against them...were deported (a felony)and just came right back. My point is that since committing ID theft (which is also a felony) will be forgiven what else will be forgiven just because they have U.S. born kids?
