Both parties are ignoring amnesty because they saw what happened last time under Bush when it came to floor. If the democrats were serious about solving and not keeping the issue it would have s easily been past first two years. It wasn't. It is a issue that cuts both ways in both parties.
Illegals by and large chose to come here. Black Americans were brought here in chains.
For illegals to compare themselves with the descendants of slaves is sickening.
That one nutjob that was holed up in a church for months compared herself to Rosa Parks and it was offensive. Rosa Parks was unfairly discriminated against, an illegal is not.
I disagree that blacks are siding with illegals because of skin color. Generally speaking they hate Hispanics more than white people. I think many are so brainwashed by Dems they believe anything they say thinking they have their best interests.
As an African American I'm getting really fed with with Obama and him being over backwards for people who don't have any rights and shouldn't be here in the first place. African Americans unemployment is still in the double digits, incomes for most are far below the average, etc, but yet Obama ignores all this while courting the illegals. Send them back to wherever they call home.

It is true on some factors. The GOP is close to 90% non-Hispanic white. It is also substantially male by more than 10 points. Not particularly old though. A little older than the dems but not anything big.
So it tends to be the white male people party.
Amnesty changes little in a decade. Might swings things a bit 15 years out. Birth rate is probably a larger factor. And it would not be unreasonable to see the Hispanics swing more conservative as the amnesty polarization goes away.
Yeah, that would be you. White voters are dropping left and right, the nation isent Kansas or Alabama. The GOP can no longer win just by winning the votes of old White people in the Deep South and rural Western states.
The ignorance of changing demographics on the part of the Tea Party types is dooming the GOP to near irrelevancy for the next decade at the very least. We will lose the House after the 2020 census.
Seeing that Alabama is one of the least-white states in the union, this doesn't make much sense.
And seeing how Miami, the poster city for "changing demographics" is 70% "white," the rest of your analysis doesn't make much sense either.
So foreign nationals have a "civil right" to be made citizens of this country? Does this include all of them? Does every man, woman, and child in the world have a civil right to be a citizen of the United States?
And this guy's a congressman? God help this country.

White voters = 60 - 40 (approx.)
Non-white voters = 30 - 70 (approx.)
If demographics are changing, that is very important.
