Problem is, that when you deport them, they are back across the river in the matter of a few hours. This is nothing new.
That's why we need to get serious about building a wall, punishing employers that hire them, increase the penalty for re-entry after deportation, and when we do deport we need to take them 500 miles into the interior, like Eisenhower did.

I would like to see the idiots who hire them for lawn care and maid service have to pay hefty fines. This would include many people and their neighbors in McMansions.

No argument here. I have been pushing this for decades, but honestly neither side of the political spectrum has shown any real intention of getting any of it done.
Cable tv, radio, computers, library, arts & crafts, medical, clothing, and food. Not to mention the cosmetologist that comes twice a week, dance and aerobic classes, volleyball, and two soccer fields, and a gym with workout equipment. Movie nights and monthly birthday parties. Those poor illegals....such inhumane treatment! And we taxpayers are footing the bill at $150 per day for each illegal.
Just reading this infuriates me. The untold billions we waste on illegals and their anchor babies is disgusting. Especially considering how bad we treat our own vets, children, and poor.
