This could get interesting as this ruling is tested in the coming months. Hope it doesn't affect US citizens that are employed by businesses who hire a mix of legal and illegal workers. It could also turn into a witch hunt as competitors point fingers. Local officials may also get frustrated running around trying to investigate or require budgets be in creased at tax payer expense.

Hispanic is not a race! Mexican is not a race! What truth upsets me, that most illegals are Mexican? How does that upset me?! I have never said it upset me. What race card? Have I ever said "It's because I'm Mexican huh"?! NO! Anyone who doesn't agree with you isn't truthful in your eyes and is deemed a liar. Interesting logic there..

Even if they're legal -- if they still give their allegience to Mexico, wave it's flags, and refuse to learn the language of this country or adapt themselves in any way to this country -- then they still bother me.
If they are legal and wish to become American and will love this country and it's traditions, wish to learn the common language -- the language of our Constitution and all that -- then they are fine.
