The Obama administration has reinstated the catch and release policy forcing Border Patrol to release any illegal aliens “claiming” to have been in the country since January 2014, without ordering them to appear at a deportation hearing. This essentially ignores our immigration laws and grants illegal aliens the right to remain in the country.
Brandon Judd, president of the National Border Patrol Council, said Homeland Security was embarrassed by the number of illegal immigrants not showing up for their deportation hearings, but instead of cracking down on the immigrants, the department ordered agents not to arrest them in the first place — meaning they no longer need to show up in court in the first place.

California can pretty much kiss it's ass goodbye because of this. It ain't good for the state.
Well the (D's) who think party over country would love nothing better than to turn Texas into an illegal alien haven and make it a blue state. If that happened, the (R's) wouldn't be winning to many more elections.

No, they need them to transport illegals to the DHS offices to get emergency food stamps, housing, cash, medical care, etc.........
The DEMs just giggle at this because to them it means 'sticking it to the conservatives' and not realizing that these actions by our incompetent government will also affect them. You never hear about DEMs coming out against illegal immigration. To them party/club is first and country last.
