My answer: it depends. If someone was burning the American flag or chanting how bad America is in a La Raza (or is it Unidos now?) rally, I'd do it in a heartbeat. If someone on the other hand wasn't using a stolen social security number and displacing an American on a job or using government welfare bennies, I'd let them stay. (I happen to know of a guy who came here when he was a minor, though I think he's before the DACA mark, and he owns a construction company and gives Americans jobs (which is more than I can say for some of the so-called American CEOs of companies like Disney and Bank of America.) I actually wish that I could get him citizenship.
No. My mother was an immigrant. I won't interfere with someone else's life. That's a job for the police and/or Ice. Why should I do the dirty work?
Was your mother a legal immigrant? If so your comparison is flawed.
My wife is an immigrant, now a citizen. The difference is that she didn't break any of our laws. If the illegal wasn't here illegally then they wouldn't need to worry about anyone reporting them. Sometimes It sucks to be a criminal.
