I am not certain Judge William Alsup has the authority to do this.

Was the original DACA action given an expiration date of March 5, 2018?

This explains it fairly well: https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.vox...eadline-appeal

Yes, and a bi partisan deal was also offered and Trump turned it down.

Which bipartisan deal passed the House and Senate that Trump vetoed?

I didn’t say that. A deal was brought to him, he refused to sign it.

Trump Rejects Bipartisan Dreamers Deal

The reason why it was rejected by Trump is because it only reduced the visa lottery numbers and only about $1.8 billion was offered to build the wall. Trump made it clear from the get-go that he wanted the visa lottery ended altogether and the funds for the wall fell way short of what he requested. So, in essence granting the DACAs amnesty was exactly what the Dems wanted but Trump's part of the deal was not met.

Regardless of what you think of Trump deporting illegal aliens is not unconstitutional.

Sure, that might work for a small percentage of people who are willing to wait 10 years or more, to maybe and maybe not get in the the US legally. Or they can just come and stay illegally for that 10 or 20 years. What would you choose?
